The apartment was serviced daily which was nice. The building had a lot of facilities which were included.

No air conditioning when there is a heatwave in London makes it unbearable. And the windows had a stopper so they could not be opened more than a couple of inches.

Very good location, near two tube stations and bus stops. Very calm neighbourhood and great facilities.

The good location. Very helpful and good house keeping and concierge staff.

The apartment was very hot and difficult to sleep since there was no Airconditional. The smalll table fan provided was ineffective. There was no sitting room.When we open the windows insects flew in to the apartment since there was no net on the windows.The only sitting area was a dinning and reading table all placed in the bedroom that can seat Two people at a time. The kitchen is so small to the extent that it can only accommodate one person at a time. Cutleries including glass cups were allocated for the benefit of Two guests without provision for visitors.

Service was great. Very helpful. Professional, yet friendly. Room was adequate. Met our needs. Could use some updating. Bathroom was quite large, but lacking hooks, shelves, or something to place clothes on. That would be such an easy fix, too. We probably had the one week per year that air conditioning was needed. The room fan helped.

Although it was clean, it smelled stale.

Too hot- one small fan that made no difference in scorching heat. Windows do not open sufficiently to allow enough air flow in the heat Very poor TV picture and old tv.

Washing machine in the unit! Comfortable beds. Fridge to keep food and water cold. In any season but summer, our biggest complaints wouldn't apply, then much more room for 3 ppl than a hotel. It's basic, funtional.

NOT FOR HOT WEATHER! No air conditioning, no cross ventilation in our unit 117, as bathroom & kitchen had no windows. Apartment was hotter than outside even with fans by the windows. I know it's not built for new London heat waves, but it's not going away, need at least window air conditioning units. Miserable in heat. Also shower LOCKED at 38° red button wouldn't release to let us get a COOL shower!

easy access to Pimlico tube station which is quiet and easy to get in and out of. Ten minutes to Green park station and you can walk into theatreland and avoid the crowded stations.

Everything was great besides the room temperature.

The room was hotter than outside. Plus it was hot even though outside was cool and chilly. I could not fully open the windows to prevent the hotness above.
